As a result of Mr. Dix’s work in the field for over 22 years, including his representation of the Association of Riverdale Cooperatives, an community organization in Riverdale, New York with a membership of more than 100 cooperative corporations, the firm has developed a highly respected reputation in the area of cooperative and condominium law.

Issues include tenant-shareholder relations, election and Board procedures, collection of arrears in maintenance or common charges, labor disputes, discrimination claims, filing and foreclosing of liens, transfers of apartments and shares, sales and subleasing, mortgage refinancing, construction contracts and claims, tax certiorari proceedings, commercial leasing, and governmental matters.
